Easy access to the Lough Inagh Fishery, which is serviced to the highest international standards.

Sea Fishing:
Available within a 15 km radius at Roundstone, Clifden and Cleggan.

Shooting:
Walk up shooting for woodcock and snipe in the surrounding area, in season (Nov + Dec).
2 - 6 guns ideal.

Golf:
18-hole courses in easy motoring distance at Connemara, Oughterard and Westport

Riding:
Pony trekking at Cleggan. The Connemara Pony Show is the highlight of the equestrian year in August.

Adventure Sports:
Sailing, water-skiing, windsurfing, clay-pigeon shooting, mountain-biking and much more are available at Adventure Centre close-by.

Cycling:
bike rental can be arranged to explore the many attractions in the area.

Walking:
guided walks are available at walking centre in Clifden. Walking guide available locally.
 
Craft Shops:
All the famous Irish craftware, including handknits, tweeds, silver, pottery, superbly designed souveniers are available in spacious shops at Recess, Kylemore and Clifden.
